To XXXX Management:
It has come to our regretful attention that, the renovation work carried out on 5th floor, has greatly affected our daily business operation, and hence damaging our volume & revenue since.
The drilling & pumping noise caused by the renovation work since last week have been unbearable and putting a lot of stress on all employees.
More importantly, it has clearly affected our business as we are a customer service based company.
Please take proper action as quickly as possible. We just want a peaceful environment to carry on with our job and hopefully this matter is resolved without the need of seeking legal advices.
Thank you for your time & consideration.
Krgrds,
Exxxx
Managing Director

Dear Exxxx,
We have notified the contractor renovating at the other office to exercise noise mitigation measures during their course of work.
Please be advised that noise generated from certain works during renovation is unavoidable and contractors are usually advised to expedite the work to avoid prolonging any disturbances to others.
Thank you Regards Robert

Dear Robert, Thats exactly what my dad has always taught me since a teenager, whenever you are doing a "job" and if there are friendly folks next door, always keep the noise low. If you can control your "tool", you can definitely learn how to control the voices coming out from your "wall".
Learn how to stop screwing, or drilling in this case. We may eventually find that stop screwing to complete a "job" is almost unavoidable and utterly impossible(many wisemen took a lifetime to learn), but there is always better timing aka after work schedule. You are right though, we should always expedite the work to avoid prolonging any disturbances to others.(you mean quickie?)
Work it. Make it. Do it. Makes Us. Harder. Better. Faster. Stronger. Thats how I will literally screw you, Robert.
Regards
